I work to restore digestion, detox pathways, immune function, and nervous system regulation through personalized nutrition, targeted protocols, and sustainable rhythms.

Structural & Injury Patterns

Physical injuries, surgeries, and trauma can disrupt energy flow and healing capacity. These patterns are assessed and addressed as part of the whole system — not in isolation.

Emotional & Nervous System Alignment

Long-standing stress, trauma, and belief patterns can quietly block healing. I work with both “big T” and “little t” trauma using gentle, integrative methods to restore safety and coherence.

All new clients begin with a Foundational Assessment Session.
